Core concepts
What is zero-click search?
Zero-click search is a search interaction that ends without a click through to an external website.
A user may receive enough information directly from the results or decide not to continue. Generated answers are one possible reason, not the only one.
The absence of a click does not establish satisfaction or brand influence. Website traffic alone cannot describe every search interaction.
In Seenford
Seenford uses zero-click search to frame a measurement limit: Seenford does not claim to know how many people saw an answer.
Example
A user reads a displayed explanation and does not open its sources.
