Terms

Last updated October 2026. This one page covers our terms of service, our privacy policy and our refund policy, all written in plain language.

Terms of Service

1. Agreement

Seenford is a trading name of FranklyCo Ltd ("we", "us"). When you use Seenford you are contracting with FranklyCo Ltd. These terms govern your use of the Seenford platform and website. By creating an account, continuing to use the service, or using it, you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so.

2. Subscriptions and payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance for the selected plan and number of brands, and renew automatically unless cancelled. Fees are exclusive of VAT. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Annual billing includes two months free compared with twelve payments at the standard monthly rate. Adding a brand during an annual term incurs a pro-rata charge through the existing renewal date, so all brands renew together. Removing a brand during an annual term does not generate a partial refund: the brand remains active through the paid term and is removed from tracking and billing at renewal. A monthly-to-annual switch takes effect immediately after confirmation; the payment preview shows the pro-rata credit, amount payable and new annual renewal date. Founding-member codes give 50% off the first twelve monthly payments only and do not apply to annual billing. We will give at least 30 days' notice of a price change at renewal.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are set out in Paddle's buyer terms, which apply to every order alongside these terms. Refunds are handled by Paddle under its refund policy, and our own guarantee is set out below.

3. Your data and ours

You own the brands, prompt sets and configuration you put into the platform, and the reports generated for you. We own the platform, the methodology and any aggregated, anonymised statistics derived from sampling that cannot identify you. We will not present your brand's data to another customer.

4. Acceptable use

Do not resell or redistribute platform access without a written agreement, attempt to extract the platform's data at scale by automated means, reverse engineer it, use it unlawfully, or use it to impersonate or disparage a third party. Multi-brand accounts may share reports with the client or business unit the report concerns.

5. What the service does and does not promise

AI answer engines are third-party systems we do not control. Their answers are non-deterministic, change without notice, and vary by session, market, device and model version. We therefore report ranges and confidence rather than exact figures, and we do not warrant that a sample reproduces what any particular person saw. An engine may not serve an answer at all; where that happens we record it rather than estimate it.

Nothing in the platform is advice. Decisions you take on the basis of it are yours. The limits of our measurement are set out on the methodology page, which forms part of these terms.

6. Third-party providers and availability

Some engines are captured through third-party data providers. If a provider fails we may use a backup feed, and the resulting sample is labelled accordingly. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service except where a separate service level agreement applies.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Suspension and termination

Either party may terminate for material breach that is not remedied within 30 days. We may suspend access immediately for non-payment or for use that threatens the platform's security. On termination you may export your reports for 30 days, after which your data may be deleted.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will notify account holders of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: legal@seenford.com.

AI Visibility Audit

Supplier

The AI Visibility Audit is provided by FranklyCo Ltd, trading as Seenford, registered in England and Wales, company number [ADD], registered office [ADD].

Scope and price

Scope and price are agreed in a written proposal before work starts. Prices start from £5,000. VAT is added where applicable.

Payment

50% of the fee is invoiced when the proposal is accepted, and work starts once it is paid. The remaining 50% is invoiced on delivery. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless the proposal says otherwise. Payment is by bank transfer, or by card via the payment link on the invoice. We can work with purchase orders and supplier set-up.

Late payment

We may charge interest and compensation on late payments under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Delivery

We aim to deliver the report within 5 working days of the scoping call and receipt of the first payment. A walkthrough call is offered within 10 working days of delivery.

Corrections

One round of factual corrections is included if requested within 10 working days of delivery.

Cancellation

If you cancel before work starts, we refund the first payment in full. If you cancel after work starts, the first payment is non-refundable. Once the report is delivered, the full fee is due. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory rights or remedies for a service that is faulty or not as described.

What the report is

The report is analysis and opinion, based on AI answers collected during a stated period. AI answers change over time. The report does not guarantee any future result, ranking or recommendation.

Use of the report

You may use the report within your organisation and share it with your board, agencies and advisers. You may not resell it, or present it as an endorsement by Seenford, without written permission.

Confidentiality

We keep your report and your information confidential. We will only name you as a customer with your permission.

Included tracking

The audit includes 3 months of Seenford Single brand tracking for the audited brand. It ends automatically, with no charge. Existing paid subscriptions remain unchanged.

Liability

Our total liability for an audit is limited to the fee paid for that audit. This limit does not apply to fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Privacy Policy

Who we are

Seenford is a trading name of FranklyCo Ltd, which provides AI visibility software for brand teams. For data collected through this site and the product, FranklyCo Ltd is the data controller. Contact privacy@seenford.com with any question about this policy.

What we collect

Account data, name, work email, company, account type and the brands you choose to track.

Usage data, pages viewed, features used and technical logs needed to run and secure the service.

Sampled answer data, the prompts we run, the responses engines return, cited sources, timestamps, the engine and model version used and the market and device settings applied. These are records of public answer-engine output, not personal data about your customers.

Enquiry data, anything you send us through a form or by email.

We do not buy personal data, and we do not track individual end users of your brand.

Why we use it

To provide the service and your reports, to support and secure your account, to bill you, and to improve our sampling and methodology. Where we rely on legitimate interests, it is to operate and improve a service you have asked for; where we rely on consent, such as marketing email, you can withdraw it at any time.

AI Visibility Audit requests

We collect the name, work email, company, role, brand names and website, markets, any competitors and deadline supplied, purchase-order or supplier set-up requirements, referral source and additional message, together with the wording and date of the contact agreement. Hashed email and connection identifiers are used to prevent spam; we do not store the raw connection address for this form.

We use this information to respond to the request, arrange a scoping call and prepare a proposal, taking steps at the requester’s request before a contract, and to protect the form against abuse on the basis of legitimate interests. Contact permission relates to this request, not marketing. Unsuccessful requests are retained for up to 24 months after the enquiry closes, unless deletion is requested sooner or a legal obligation requires retention. Accepted audit and invoice records are retained as needed for the contract and applicable accounting obligations.

To request access, correction or deletion, email privacy@seenford.com. Withdrawing contact permission does not affect processing already carried out or records we must retain by law.

Who we share it with

Processors that run the service: cloud hosting, our database and authentication provider, model providers used to sample engines, and third-party data providers used to capture engines that have no official interface. Prompts sent to model providers may contain your brand and category terms; they do not contain your customer data. We never sell personal data.

Payments are processed by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle is a controller in its own right for the billing data it needs to sell and invoice your subscription, such as your name, email address, billing address, country and order history, and it handles customer service enquiries about an order. Its own privacy notice explains what it does with that data.

International transfers and retention

Some providers operate outside the UK and EEA. Where that happens we rely on approved transfer mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses. Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. Sampled answer data is retained as your historical trend record for the life of your account unless you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email privacy@seenford.com and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK you may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Cookies and security

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. If you say Yes in the cookie notice, we also use Google Analytics (provided by Google) to measure which pages are visited, using cookies and your device and browser details; it never loads after a No. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the seenford_consent cookie, which brings the notice back. Account data is stored in the EU (Ireland). Ireland is covered by UK adequacy regulations, so no additional transfer safeguards are needed. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to staff who need it, and we will tell you without undue delay if a breach affects your data. Business customers who need a data processing agreement can request one from hello@seenford.com.

Changes

We will post material changes on this page and, for anything significant, email account holders. The terms of service above form part of this policy.

Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with a Seenford plan, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. This guarantee applies to monthly and annual plans, including the first payment and each renewal payment. After that 30-day period, annual plans do not qualify for partial refunds for unused months or brands removed during the paid term. This does not limit statutory rights or refunds available under Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order.

Who handles payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Refunds also follow Paddle's refund policy. See also the terms of service above.
